Resources: Rubiks
The Flash animation on the right, created using Papervision3D, used to grace the main page of the Mousepickle website. It depicts a constantly twisting ‘cube of cubes’ rather like a classic Rubik’s Cube.

People tend to expect it to interact more than it does (to be 'solvable' by the viewer of the site, for example, using a click and drag of the mouse). Unfortunately that wasn’t the purpose of the original project; just getting the cubelets to rotate nicely with each twist of a ‘slice’ was a fun enough challenge, and a good way to gain a grounding in the 3D modelling library.
